RULES FOR #MIDNIGHTEXPRESS

CHANNEL FOUNDERS - duckie & Haze

PURPOSE - #midnightexpress is a free speech, minimally moderated, open topic
          chat room originally created for the purpose of discussing Art Bell's
          "Midnight in the Desert" radio show.

RULES
- NO SPAM. SPAM is defined as pasting multiple paragraphs of text, repeat
  messages, drive-by messages.
  
- Obey Rizon's network rules. Don't do anything to get the channel shutdown.

- No bots.
  
- Do not post chat logs in public. Not on pastebin, not on your blog, not to any
  quote repository like bash.org. What happens in #midnightexpress stays in
  #midnightexpress.
  
- Ops only control what happens inside the channel. If someone is harassing you
  in private messages, contact Rizon network Ops.
  
- If you don't like what someone says, /ignore them or leave.

- NSFW links are allowed. Nudity is frequent. Content warnings are encouraged
  but not required. Open links at your own risk.
  
- Advertising other channels is allowed but not as your sole purpose for
  joining. That is a drive-by message and considered SPAM.

OPERATORS
- Only founders may give Ops.

BANS
- Bans only for SPAM, disrupting the channel and repeat antagonistic behaviour.
- If a founding Op is not present, at least 2 Ops may ban in an emergency.
  Founders have final say on permanent bans.
- To appeal a ban /msg a channel founder (duckie or Haze).
